To successfully engage in creative work in an urban environment, the artist has to be moved by a feeling of love, harmony and respect for the great city, which in the classical tradition called the policy, ie ,a place ,where people interact with each other and with the architecture. Because it is ,in the public spaces,the urban life and all that distinguishes it from other forms of human coexistence, reaches the most complete embodiment and declares publicly about a fundamental feeling of joy, sorrow, hope and delight. The artist explores the global disease of the city and society, and developing creative methods of healing, which aim to create an antidote and a vaccine against injury ,inherent in the people of big cities. Artist fights for the good of others, and his assessment helps to understand the importance of the surrounding area, he turned his attention to the places of the world that are often undervalued or unfairly notorious mainly as a reservoir of tension, fear and filth. The artist-signifikativist don’t limit himself to the understanding of space that surrounds him, but comprehends the time that it arranges the space. The artist relies on the mental capacity and experience of the viewer, that serves as a prerequisite for the development of various forms of art. Art everywhere and forever, because human nature is inherent in the fundamental anthropological ability, through which art can transform, and find new ways to express themselves and take many forms, without ceasing to be the embodiment of human nature with all its advantages and disadvantages.

Freedom. Art - this is the only tool that allows a person to be truly free. This is due to the plastic nature of the art, which is the concentration and release of energy ,produced from the depths from the human soul and expresses the universal nature of existence. This universality that transcends geographic boundaries and overcomes emotional limitations. In art, evryone becomes absolutely free, even in the most severe form of his incarnation, because the art providing complete freedom of thought. Signifikatzm gives priority to freedom and normativity, to which he refers, provides a means of expression, a set of rules, concepts, and concepts that allow them to spread around the world and become a universal message. Freedom, in fact, does not mean freedom from something, but for something. Freedom is always striving for a positive state of mind, when all the problems, wounds, conflicts, fears find the positive resolution.
