The scandal of Italian football broke out in 2011 and from June, involving managers and team of Series A, Series B, Lega Pro, and National Amateurs League. The main accusation against the investigated is criminal association aimed at fraud and sport fraud. The artist, soccer player, has spent one year at searching all docu- ments relating to the scandal, scouring pictures and analyzing the matches investigated. Between 2011 and 2012 he created his own personal team, directly inspired by the famous “Panini” stickers. The final result is not only the video installation that will be presented for the exhibition “Bonapart Media” in St. Petersburg at the gallery Art ReFlex from June 15 till July 12 2012, but it is also a complex “game machine” that will grow with the enlargement of the scandal that has already involved football players of the Italian national team.
