Angels of Saint-Petersburg - 2008 - To look around with a glance ennobled from the waiting, and possibility to receive foreign visitors, with their own emotions, in the hollow of their own memory. To almost accidentally to run into a stranger, to catch stealthily, unobtrusively a piece of unknown life, in an unknown Country, but already from friend. Angels unintentionally carry on a dialogue with people, and people unintentionally see and hear angels. Angels with an indifferent look live in the city, they exist as frames of every day, in every moment, in daily routine, as pauses in a score, as rhythm of voice in modulation of significance. The fact is that you don’t have to go and search somewhere: they are here and now, in this city, on your way, in your houses, in your place, they are custodians of miracle’s precious stones, which are waiting only to be seen.
